By creating an account or using the 876 My Match app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 876 My Match. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The app is intended for users based in Jamaica. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree NOT to: • Create a fake, misleading, or impersonating profile. • Upload content that is explicit, offensive, harassing, or illegal. • Use the app to solicit money, advertise services, or promote third-party businesses. • Contact users who have not matched or engaged with you in an unsolicited manner. • Attempt to bypass, hack, or disrupt the app's systems or security. • Share another user's personal information without their consent. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant 876 My Match Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may ask you to verify your identity by submitting a selfie or government-issued ID. Verification is voluntary but grants you a Verified badge on your profile. Submitting false or altered documents is a serious violation and will result in permanent account termination.
876 My Match offers optional premium subscriptions ("876 Supreme") billed on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these Terms, or for any behaviour we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app's settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
876 My Match is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that other users' profiles are accurate. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform. Use the app at your own discretion and exercise caution when meeting anyone in person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 876 My Match Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
